Constipated 6 Month Old

Hi mommies who here experienced the same case as mine? My lo just turned 6 months nun Jan 1 and she had been constipated. Nakalabas naman niya un poops but everytime she does iyak siya ng iyak and then namumula na anus niya. Parang namamaga na. I tried to put Calmoseptine to ease the redness but parang namamaga na siya. It's my first time to see my daughter cry and I can't do anything. I tried papaya na, lactulose. I'm thinking dapat ba itigil ko ang solids? My pedia advised not to but my instinct says to stop. ? Any tips?
