multivitamins for breastfeeding moms

Hi mommies, what vitamins do u take while breastfeeding? I'm still breastfeeding my almost 13 month old baby and worried lang ako kasi nagtimbang ako the other day and mas mababa pa yung timbang ko before ako mabuntis.
