6weeks preggy. No appetite.

Hello mommies, what should i do po? wala po akong ganang kumain at kapag pinilit, sinusuka ko lang po mga kinakain ko. Pero exemption po ang fruits. What fruits should i eat po that can replace rice and ulam every meal? At yung hindi agad ako magugutom? Thanks po.

After a week of being in this paglilihi stage, being in the same situation, i realized that: 1. fruits are good but choose what to eat wisely. 1a) i ate oranges after having a very little lunch and it upset my stomach. well, i should have known because my stomach is almost empty and the orange really hurt my stomach. nangasim tlga tyan ko tapos sobrang sama ng naging pagsusuka ko 1b) gutom na ako and i ate avocado with milk, same thing, nangasim din sikmura ko at nahilo at nagsuka. 2. i highly recommend eating crackers like skyflakes. lets eat once in a while kahit kapiraso lang nito. lets not let ourselves reach yung point na sobrang gutom kase that adds to our hilo. ayun, i just felt like i need to share this. we can do this mga momsh!

7 weekspregnant here, same din wlang gana tlga kumain lahatprang hindi masarap. banana helps a lot and watermelon for hydration. kng my heartburn ka or acid reflux stay away from oranges and pineapples as it is very acidic and will definitely upset your stomach.

avocado super healthy pampababa din ng cholesterol and good fat sya and also banana ok din sya. ako yung saba madalas ko kinakaen
