Hello! Just relax! Try drinking more soup if you can! For myself, I don’t cook.. So I just keep buying fish soup and had it for almost everday during first trimester when I was carrying my first born and I was nauseous every single day.. Now w baby 2, I just eat whatever I feel like but of cos avoiding raw or too oily food..
Don’t stress too much over specific food. Enjoy your pregnancy and follow what you crave for that day. Eat in smaller portions but shorter intervals 😊
