Hi mommies At what age can oats be introduced as solids to babies? TIA

Bad Mum, Kudos to that.

I gave baby oats when my lo was 4 months old. Solid wise ill say once baby is able to sit unassisted, swallow with no issues. Oats are soft so on the whole perhaps as a gauge 9months or earlier.
