tummy time

For the first month, I started putting her on my chest a couple of seconds as I leaned back (starting from maybe 1 week old). After the first month, she had more tummy time on firm mattresses. She’s a curious one, so by 6 weeks, she was holding up her head and trying to look everywhere 😂

I started at about 2.5 months. Feel a bit sayang to start him so young especially when I see him struggling. But I do place him on my chest while I recline on the sofa starting from the 1st month.

The earlier the better! Even just simply laying on your chest. They need to build that strength so we must give them the opportunities to do so

I start 2 month old. After the baby leave. Let her do before shower, after shower, as ans when u both lying on bed doing nothing.

very early, before 1month old. started on my chest first bc she likes to sleep there too. after a while, on safe flat surface.

After 1 month. Supervsied tummy time ok.
