join k Po tamang Kain sa fb sis.marami silang food recipes.. and every 2-3days Po pinapakain Ang specific na food pag mag iintroduce ka para macheck if my allergy si baby sa food. πŸ™‚ more on puree Lang nmn kaya madalas steam lng luto ko sa mga food ni baby nuon. steam fruits din ginagawa ko. like apple and pears..

Protein (Chicken,pork, fish, shrimp , beef, egg yellow muna) Carbs (rice , potato etc) No salt before 1yr old No added sugar before 2yrs old Yan po momsh ❀️
