Food Tips for LO

Mommies tips naman dyan ano pa pwede ko iprepare na food for my baby. Nilagang patatas, carrots, kamote, kalabasa with dahon malunggay (di ko po pinakain dahon ng malunggay ๐Ÿ˜‰) tas konting asin para my lasa, yung yellow din ng nilagang itlog. Pinatikim ko na din taho pero walang sago. 6mons and 14days to be exact sya today (11/26). Formula po sya S-26. #foodtips #NoToCerelacAndGerberRule

join k Po tamang Kain sa fb sis.marami silang food recipes.. and every 2-3days Po pinapakain Ang specific na food pag mag iintroduce ka para macheck if my allergy si baby sa food. ๐Ÿ™‚ more on puree Lang nmn kaya madalas steam lng luto ko sa mga food ni baby nuon. steam fruits din ginagawa ko. like apple and pears..
