Hi mommy. CS here bikini cut. Sabi ng OB ko mas mabilis daw healing process pag vertical ung cut. Anyway breastfeeding mom kasi ako kaya my first month was a bit painful but mejo recovered na ako that time. Sa ospital pa lang kasi bago ako mdischarged dapat nakakalakad na. Actually I went back to my OB after 2 weeks to check ung tahi. Ofcourse given different types of body structure and we have different emotions when coping with pain here what I did 1. Every morning sabay kame ni baby mgpaaraw. Since ECQ kahit sa window lang will do. My OB says me and my baby needs vitamin ng sun. 2. I walk slowly. Walk manageable ung kaya mo lng. Pag napagod upo then tayo I do it morning and afternoon. Ofcourse kasama ko c husband umaalalay. May support pala ako sa abdomen area while walking. 3. Vitamins. I was also advised by my OB to continue drinking my vitamins since recovery stage pa ung body. 4. Eat healthy food. LESS pork or beef MORE veggies and water para di ka mhirapan mgpoops. 5. Pray. Get well mommy! ☺️
