Hi mommies, Is there any post natal vitamins given by hospital or KK after giving birth? If there is post natal vitamins, may I know what kind of vitamins? #firsttimemom

as far as i know, if ur hb is below 11, they will provide u with zincofer/iberet..to be consume till 30day post natal.
