Hello Momsh, try nyo po mag- Natalac. Yun pinainum sakin ng OB ko. And so far maganda epekto sakin, lakas ng milk ko. 3weeks palang baby ko. Kain din po ng fruits and Vegetables. ☺️

Unli latch or regular pumping. Basta make sure boobies are emptied every 2-3 hrs para matrigger boobies mo to make more milk. Water water water!
