Insect bites

Hi mommies. Sobrang bothered ako sa dark marks caused by insect bites kay baby. I've tried tiny buds lighten up cream-no visible changes sa dark marks kay lo. Can anyone suggest other creams? Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
