Yes you can drink coconut water, i always drink coconut water everyday, for i had a history of uti and thats one of my remedy to lessen my infection.. U can also drink tea sometimes but not everyday for it still has caffeine in it..

Fresh coconut- the green one is better apparently. Drinking in my 3rd trimester to help cool the body down coz it feels heaty. I do take tea just half a cup on certain days. Best to limit caffeine intake as it can cause dehydration.

Drink in moderation nearer to delivery date in last trimester. Gynae was shock my gal was so fair, mayb is the coconut water helps. But for my 2nd child I did not drink coconut water as much time n my son was not as fair.

Coconut water - yes. Especially nearing edd, can drink more. I had one almost every other day. Tea - I’m not too sure but my gynae advice me to kept caffeine to one cup per day. Hence I tried to cut down on tea/coffee.

I drink coconut water to keep my body hydrated. I have a really bad nausea and fatigue until today (officially 13 weeks). For tea, i recommend to drink chamomile tea since it doesn't have any caffeine in it.

Coconut water is cooling so can only start to drink from beginning of 3rd trimester. This is advised by my TCM physician. I started to drink from 3rd trimester beginning and my baby came out quite clean. :)

I drank coconut water during 3rd trimester coz they say baby will be clean when give birth, well yes true enough 😊 for tea - there are teas that non caffeine type one, choose those & drink moderately.

In moderation should be OK. Coconut water has a lot of nutrients, but some moms avoid due to the perception of it being 'cooling'. Tea has caffeine and tannins which may affect absorption of iron

Coconut water in moderation should be ok. As for tea, depends on which kind. Some kinds have higher caffeine levels than others eg green tea versus black tea. So try not to drink too much in a day.
