Normal nama po mag manas.. drink more water po para maflush out.. avoid salty foods. Elevate your feet.. wag po masyado magtagal nakaupo.. lakad lakad po saka avoid po masyado mainit na lugar. 😊

Normal naman po manas. Lakad lakad ka or taas mo po paa mo sa gabi daily, mommy. Avoid sitting and standing too long. Avoid salty foods din.
