Plugged milk ducts, no fever; does it mean I’m safe from mastitis

    If it's mastitis you'll feel like you're having a bad cold, feeling chills and no energy. The breast will be red and hard. If not it's probably just blocked ducts. I find massaging the lumps while taking a warm shower helps with the blockage.
