Plugged milk ducts, no fever; does it mean I’m safe from mastitis

If it's mastitis you'll feel like you're having a bad cold, feeling chills and no energy. The breast will be red and hard. If not it's probably just blocked ducts. I find massaging the lumps while taking a warm shower helps with the blockage.

Do you have other symptoms such as pain, redness, warmth of the breast, tenderness and swelling, body aches, fatigue, breast engorgement? If so you better to see a doctor even with out having fever.
