mommies kelan kayo nag ka mens after niyo manganak? at kung pure breastfeeding po gano katagal usually? sabi po kasi nila na pag pbf ka matatagalan ka mag pa mens

Ako with 3 kids and purely breastfed (direct and pump kasi working ako) more than 1 year.
