Ooh sameee i was on the pharmacy floor and nobody will let u have a break. Biskits can get messy and fruits go bad hais so i pack dates like ajwa for the super sweet taste plus nutrients and all kinds of nuts. Really help me float by until lunch and then late dinner due to the shifts. Man i didnt miss that phase. The nausea and reflux never got better until week 30 tho! Hope u get better way early on
