Food intake

Hi mummies. I’m currently at 35 weeks. Can’t seem to eat normal portion of food, a few bites and I’m done. But lately I’ve been waking up early mornings and being super hungry. Would you recommend to sleep it off or have a light snack? If so, any light snacks to recommend for easy grabs? Thank you

have light snacks. light snacks can be anything like breads, crackers, fruits. anything within your grabs since you can't eat much.
