Hey mommies, im 19 weeks 4 days today.. My little angle was so active in my womb especially early in the morning and afternoon... Since this morning, i started having cramp and backpain.. It is so uncomfortable.. Is there any ways or suitable exercises to ease the pain?

for backpain i suggest u put icepack on ur back. i always do it and it helps ease the pain.but if u see any blood coming out immediately go to hospital.
