Hard To Sleep At night

Hi mommies, I'm 13 weeks pregnant, and I have difficulty to sleep at night nowadays. Anyone have any tips?

Buy the pregnancy pillow sis, wear socks + put on some eucalyptus oil on the feet and drink warm milk..you should try 👍👍 All the best 😉
