SAYA DALAM DILEMA ? PLEASE DO HELP ME ALL MOMMIES ??

hi mommies i ada issue di mana company bagi i 2 pilihan. 1. back to work on 15 april (if PKP tak extend.. if PKP extend pun no choice still kena kerja) *sebab diorang fikir aku dok rumah goyang kaki saja and dorang susah2 kerja utk dapatkan approval client from the banks *FYI my company is a financing consultants company.. so memang tak la mereka2 ni nak tutup office.. sebab nak kejar loan approval from banks for their clients. 2. start maternity leave earlier 2 weeks on end of April and back to work on 15 june sebab nak kena follow up kerja... *cadangan paling bodoh my due date is 7 may 2020 now im 36 weeks now i cuti.. and they ask to back to work sebab my boss dapat surat pelepasan from kementrian... *i pun belum tengok surat ni lagi i nak minta pendapat all mommies.. adil ke company i request mcm ni????? my husband as a police sargeant pun denga berbulu ja.. dahla dia risau wife and baby dia.. ? i need feedback and suggestions from all mommies out there... i need to discuss with my superior 1st bout this. bcause i yet to decide whether to choose either no 1 or 2.... ?? ive got no idea.. mana boleh minta staff start maternity leave before bersalin betul2!!! besides now is cuti sebab PKP bukan aku saja2 nak duduk rumah goyang kaki.. FYI all my officemates and bosses is Chinese i sorang2 malay girl kat situ... bukan nak bersikap racist.. ? now i bertahan pun sebab baby.. rasa unfair gila bila dilayan macam niii ??? rasa nak ja buat aduan kt pejabat buruh !! agak2 apa cadangan semua mommie??? please do help me ??

Baik pi pejabat buruh minta bantuan nasihat ttg issue masalah awak ni.mungkin lebih baik tuk kerja awk spy tak da tekanan Dr bos awk sbb tau hak kita Sbg pekerja dan kesihatan awk.
