Am i in labor or false lang to?

Mommies help me please CS kasi ako sa first so I don't know if it's labor pain I am feeling. Kaninang 5pm pako pasulpot sulpot na nagcacramps parang dyssmenorhea pain tapos sumasabay ang lower back. Sakit din ng singit ko and baby seems so low in my belly. May instance din na para akong napopoops..until now the cramps and back pain come and goes I'm 36wks and 5 days pregnant by the way.
