PRC ID f. NBI Clearance✅ g. Police Clearance✅ h. Voter’s ID i. Postal ID ✅ j. Senior Citizen’s Card k. OWWA ID l. OFW ID m. Alien Certification of Registration/Immigrant Certification of Registration n. Identification Cards Issued by Recognized Government Institutions/Agencies/Corporations o. Certificate from the National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons (NCWDP) p. Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) or Local Social Welfare Development Officer (LSWDO) Certification q. Integrated Bar of the Philippines Identification Card r. Company IDs issued by private entities or institutions registered with or supervised or regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), or Insurance Commission (IC) s. Barangay Certification, subject to validation✅ t. Affidavit from two (2) Disinterested Persons, subject to validation Yung mga may check ang madali dali makuha.
Postal ID pwede kahit sino kumuha, may bayad nga lang na 400-500 if i’m not mistaken. Try mo din itanong if iaaccept nila NBI clearance and Brgy. Certificate. Pero ang pagkakatanda ko before, School ID lang ginamit ko at birth certificate para magka-Philhealth kasi above 18 na ako non pero student pa din ako. Sa SSS naman, kumuha ako ng postal ID at passport para makapagregister.
Kung sa magulang mo kase yung gagamitin mo,ang alam ko ikaw lang sakop nilang bene,hindi na sakop si baby. Kaya mas maganda sarili mo ng Philhealth. Madaling ID's para sa under 18: *BRGY. ID/CERT./CLEARANCE *Postal ID *NBI *POLICE CLEARANCE Pwedeng pwede mo na din gamitin yan pangkuha nang SSS FOR MATBEN, VOLUNTARY IF WALA WORK OR WFH.
7 months preggy ako and currently 3rd year college. PSA at school ID lang dala ko nung nag paregister ako sa philhealth and tinanggap naman po ☺️ magdala ka narin po ng pocket money panghulog sa missed months mo para maactivate philhealth mo. 400-450 po ang hulog depende sa branch siguro. 400 binayaran ko upon registering.
ang alam ko po hindi na basta basta pwede kumuha ng philhealth pag ka walang work. kasi hinahanapan na ng employer at employer's requirements list na may nakalagay na si employer nangangailangan ng philhealth. kasi ganun yung sabi sakin last october
Congratulations! Its a blessing! Mas mabilis kumuha ng postal. Since school ID lang ung dala mo 2 supported documents ang dadalhin mo NSO and School ID. At also kilangan mo rin ng Baranggay clearance for proof of residency.
Ako mi nag pagawa ako philhealth wala din ako valid id,kumuha lang ako police clearance tas birth certificate ko lang ayun okay na nakapasa for philhealth
kailangan ba ng valid id sa pagkuha ng philhealth kasi ako noon wala saking hiningi kundi birth certificate lang po 18 lng po siguro ako non
Nung nagpagawa ako ng philhealth id, barangay id lang pinasa ko then copy ng b.c ko. Pinalakad kolang kasi yon kasi wala akong time
baranggay ID po pwede and school id na valid. pero y not gamitin po ung id ni parents magpa beneficiary na lang po kayo
