ANMUM - is it yay or nay?
Hi mommies! FTM here. I just wanna ask if okay na uminom ng Anmum during the first trimester w/out consulting ob pa or should i speak with my ob muna?

yes po, pwede uminom anmum kahit di pa nagcoconsult sa OB. But you still need to see your OBGYNE para sa tamang prenatal vitamins na need mo inumin. 😊
