try nu po sis mag change ng diaper. rashes po iyan moms. cotton balls and warm water everwash ng poops at kapag papalitan after long nights at wewe lang still need to Wipe it with warm cotton balls. let it dry po by patting soft clean cloth. dont use petroleum jelly mainit po un sa skin ni baby. calmoseptine or rashfree helps to keep ur baby skin from being wet.
