never ever use wipes. 4mos old si baby nung nagka rashes once lang ako gumamit ng wipes pang change ng nappies kasi nasa labas kami ayun nagka rashes agad water wipes pa yun. you can apply diaper rash cream every diaper change simula nung nagka rashes si baby 4mos old up to 2yr/o may rash cream ako inaapply either mustela or the one na rash free ang name sa mercury never na nagka problem si baby. also make sure na mapalitan diaper pag wiwiw max 2 to 3hrs, pag may pupu palit agad.
