Rashes or not?

Hi mommies. My baby is 1 week old today and I noticed na may mga red spots sya sa pareho nya kamay. I'm just wondering if this is normal? Wala naman sa mukha, katawan and paa. New mom here ? TIA.

Ano po gamit nyong sabon sa mga clothes ni baby.. baka dahil po dun, try nyo ibahin ng mild ung pang baby talaga..
