Mommies, ano po pde inumin ng preggy pampalambot ng tae? Ilang days na kse akong di makadumi sa sobrang tigas ng dumi ko e. Sana po may sumagot.

Drink lots and lots of water. Eat greek yogurt rin effective siya for me esp. noong hirap ako magbawas and also eat fiber rich foods. 🙂
