Baby need carry to sleep

Hi mommies, my 1 month old baby need to carry in order to sleep. We place her back to cot, she cried. Please help!! How to make baby self smooth and sleep back?

1 month too early to sleep train. wait till bigger around 3 or 4 months. for now, just swaddle and start to have nap or night routine
