Baby need carry to sleep

Hihi... Baby at 1mth still needs time to adapt to the outside. Being carried makes them feel safe and the sound of ur heartbeat makes them feel like they are still in the womb. What I did was I swaddle baby when she slps with a husk pillow placed on her chest. I will pat her to slp with white noises or baby lullabies. Sometimes i use pacifier too if she doesn’t fall aslp too easily.

1 month too early to sleep train. wait till bigger around 3 or 4 months. for now, just swaddle and start to have nap or night routine
