I have freezable silicon food trays (look like ice cube trays, but bigger, and there’s also a cover). I scoop my prepared food into the trays (volume dependent on how much my LO can finish), let it cool down a bit, then cover and freeze. During meals, I take out a cube and microwave it, making sure to stir well and let the food cool down prior to serving, because there might be hot spots. I like giving multiple things for each meal (and not mix everything together), so I make different types of food for each tray:) I also cook some things fresh
