Avocado purée / carrot purée / green pea or bean purée / Sweet potato Puree / Apple or pear purée / pumpkin purée / butternut Squash puree / spinach purée / baby oat or cereal YouTube has:)

Mine just turned 6mths. We gave her baby cereal with breast milk and broccoli puree. Will be trying banana. Try one food at a time and for around 3 days
