Vitamins

Minsan nakakalimutan ko uminom ng vitamins, nakakatulog na lang ako ng di ako nakakainom. May masama bang epekto yun? ?

if vitamins, they are to help add nutrition to your body mamsh. It's okay to skip minsan but best pa rin if magtatake daily.
