Breastfeeding Vitamins

Mi pwede ko po ba itake ang Obimin plus? Kasi yung friend ko binigay sakin for 2months po ata mga ito. Nakapanganak na kasi sya and hindi po sya nagpapabreastfeeding. Ang current na tinetake ko is Centrum Femme, DHA, Malunggay Capsule.

pwede i-take ang obimin plus after giving birth kahit hindi nagpapa breastfeed. obimin plus is a multivitamins. is centrum femme a multivitamins? if they are almost the same, just take obimin plus or centrum femme per day.

    Ayaw na kasi itake ng friend ko, simula daw kasi nanganak sya, umaasim na sikmura nya kapag tinetake nya yung obimin plus, kaya binigay nya sakin sayang daw kung mastock lang.
