Mga mi pwede ko ba gawin vitamins yung Obimin Plus? Breastfeeding po ako at vitamins na tinetake ko currently ay Centrum Femme, DHA, Ascorbic acid with Zinc, Malunggay Capsule and M2. Binigay sakin ng friend ko, since hindi na nya magagamit dahil nakapanganak na sya at hindi sya breastfeeding. Plano ko stop ang Centrum at DHA at itake ang Obimin Plus #FTM

Yes, compare mo yung contents ng centrum femme and obimin plus halos meron din yang obmin plus. Pwede mo na wag itake yung centrum and DHA since nasa obimin na yan.
