Duphalac for Constipation

Mga sis sino npo un nkpgtry sa inyo ng Duphalac syrup to treat constipation? I have struggles n in my constipation, bawal naman umire kasi bk nmn magbleed n nmn aq. I have tried na high fiber foods, more water intake ganun pa rin. Please advise. Thank you

duphalac din sakin okay naman. mag anmum ka din para mas okay digestion. so far dina naulit constipation ko
