Mga sis sino npo un nkpgtry sa inyo ng Duphalac syrup to treat constipation? I have struggles n in my constipation, bawal naman umire kasi bk nmn magbleed n nmn aq. I have tried na high fiber foods, more water intake ganun pa rin. Please advise. Thank you
