My daughter has this since she was 6yrs old but it was still mild back then. We consulted a dermatologist here in our city and was told that it's just dry skin and will eventually disappear. The patch started really small from the inner part of the eyes.It did go away for some time but it keeps on coming back and just recently, it spread out. 😔 This happened since the start of the ECQ. Since there's no clinic open, we tried several moisturizers and ointment. Still the same though.. Hope you can help. TIA
