Hello mga mys good evening... may tanung sana ako , pwede po kaya sa DFA requirements for passport ay yung notarized/ authenticated birth certificate kc after 8 months since birth pa pwede maka kuha ng PSA birth certificate c baby eh. Any ideas po dyan .salamat daghan. :)

Yes pwede...according to dfa.gov: In case applicant has No PSA Birth Certificate/Report of Birth yet If born in the Philippines: Certified True Copy of Local Civil Registrar (LCR) Birth Certificate authenticated by PSA You may also visit their website https://consular.dfa.gov.ph/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=64

Ang alam ko ung local civil registry eh sa municipal city hall niyo located. Ask mo na lang po sa city hall niyo.
