Hello mga mys good evening... may tanung sana ako , pwede po kaya sa DFA requirements for passport ay yung notarized/ authenticated birth certificate kc after 8 months since birth pa pwede maka kuha ng PSA birth certificate c baby eh. Any ideas po dyan .salamat daghan. :)

Na skip mo namin yung 1st vaccination sa center today. Kc every 1st Wednesday of the month daw . Okay lang po ba sa next month yung vaccine? Tapus na po c baby sa bcg at hepa. Ftm here.
