Hi mga momshies ! Tanong ko lng ung ferrous sulfate nyo pano take after meal or before meal empty stomach?TIA

an hr before meal and 2 hrs after meal ang instructions sakin nuon ng OB. yes on empty stomach Po siya.. para mas ok Ang absorption.
