an hr before meal and 2 hrs after meal ang instructions sakin nuon ng OB. yes on empty stomach Po siya.. para mas ok Ang absorption.

after meal, then don't take with calcium supplements/dairy products kasi malelessen ang iron absorption mommy
ako po before meal ang advise at sa gabi.. prang sinasayang dw po kc ung iron pag after meal ang take..
basta after meal mo ng umaga or tanghali. wag lang gabi kasi mabagal daw ang digestion pag gabi .
