Baka may supplement na pwede sayo ma? ask your ob po ulit and pwede din naman idaan mo sa fruits and veggies. Ganyan din ako e nasayang lang yung anmum ko kase napupupu talaga di mapigil.

As long as healthy foods ang kinakain mo no need to worry. May calcium din yung ibang foods. ☺️
