Hi mga momshie ...ask lang poh wat month poh bumalik mens nyo? Nanganak poh aq last dec 11 2018...until now 1 yr na and 2mos ang bby q hindi parin aq nagkakamenstruation....tnx

If exclusively breastfeeding, it’s normal that you don’t get your menstruation back right away. For some it takes months..ung iba years pa. It’s a natural contraceptive as well. Sakin, it took me 1 year before I had my monthly period after i gave birth sa first-born ko. Usually bumabalik sha once na humina na ang breastmilk mo.
