For us as long as the label says "100% whole milk" as the only ingredient (no additives like sugar) and the source is clear (like from New Zealand vs. "Europe" which is so vague) Other things also make a difference like packaging -- sometimes the glue they use to attach the pouring mechanism is weak so the milk leaks out. Or thin and long is more space-saving in the fridge vs the usual wide carton.
