Daphne pills and Caltrate plus

Mga momsh, sumasakit ang mga tuhod ko but Im on my 2mos postpartum na. I asked my OB regarding this and she advised me to lose weight ? and take foods that rich in calcium kase nga daw nangunguha ng nutrients si baby satin nong time na nasa tyan pa. My question is, safe kaya na mag take ako ng caltrate plus habang nagti-take din ako ng daphne pills? ? Anyone with same experience or my knowledge regarding this matter? Pls help. ?
