ako po injectables ang contraceptive ko. sabi ng OB ko mas recommended daw po yun kapag breastfeeding. though sabi po ng ibang mommies hiyangan lang daw po. pero for me okay po ang injectables. pag pills naman po kasi may tendency na makalimutan uminom hehe
