hello mga momsh ask ko lang if normal lang ba maging matigas ang poops while breastfeeding and sometimes may bahid ng dugo yung poops ko 😭

normal delivery po ba kayo? baka po nagkaroon ka po almuranas? nag breastfed din po ako for 3 years pero po never po nangyari sakin na constipated. pacheck kana mamsh para sure na safe ka 🤍
