Hi, try eating oatmeal po :) and high fiber foodies! Syempre more fluid intake and exercise.

kain ka papaya..at ung mga ma fiber na pagkain..iwas sa apple at saging..

more on fiber foods and lots of water po

nilagang mais. or oatmeal kinakain ko.
